New Chyco Siméon CD "Roots Mwen" released [Sep 26, 2006]
Chyco Siméon's new CD "Roots Mwen" is now available from his website chycobass.com. Chyco's last CD "Finally" featured Marcus on one track, and Marcus also wrote some liner notes for "Roots Mwen." Here's what he has to say:
This album is a beautiful mix of urban funk/jazz and French Carribean rhythms.
I met Chyco a few years ago and, at that time, he told me that he was searching for a personal sound - a sound that reflects his world, his roots.
I think that with this recording, he was very much succeeded!
